Question: Where do I keep my Spa? Answer: Our Spas are designed for all weather conditions for outdoor usage in a suitable position in your garden. Smaller models can be put into conservatories or summerhouses. We also stock attractive Cedar Enclosures.
Question: What are the running costs of a Crystal Waters Spa? Answer: They are very minimal. Usually about £3-£5 a week, but can vary due to the frequency of its use and the amount of people that use it (i.e. having a Spa party)
Question: How do you maintain your Crystal Waters Spa? Answer: There are a small amount of chemicals that are needed to be added weekly, these vary according to your test strip results, which overall keeps the water in pristine condition. All Crystal Waters Spas have a built in water treatment system manufacturing Ozone which kills bacteria. This reduces chemical usage, which is good news for your skin! (Ozone is an optional extra for the Value Spa Range).
Question: How often do I have to change the water in my Spa? Answer: On average every 3 to 5 months, but this can vary due to occupancy and usage. All of our Spas have an automatic programmable filter cycle two periods every 24 hours/

Answer: Crystal Waters Premier Range come with 2 years equipment, parts and labour from the date of your purchase PLUS LIFETIME SHELL/SURFACE (Except Monashee model). Ask for details. Question: What access is needed to install a Spa in my garden? Answer: The Spa is delivered as a one-piece unit and can be placed on its side on a trolley for ease of movement to its base but, home site visits can be arranged for difficult installations, for example, in the event of no access, craning in of the spa may be necessary.
Question: How long before I can have my Spa? Answer: If the model is in stock, it can be delivered within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. It may possibly be earlier in certain circumstances, if required.
Question: What are the most effective jets? Answer: The position of the jets are equally important, Crystal Waters Spas are designed on Chiropractic and massage therapy principles. Adjustable massage jets, Rotating jets, Cluster jets and Pulsator jets are all designed for therapeutic benefits. We do not have any fixed jets which can be painful. Our jets are designed to massage tissue, not bone!
Question: How do I drain my Spa? Answer: Easily! Our Spas have a built in drain in the foot well with a hosepipe connection.
Question: One or more pumps in the Spa? Answer: There are several variables that influence this i.e. motor HP, pump design, plumbing design, number and type of jets. But, it is important to realize that a low HP motor with the correct plumbing can give effective hydromassage equal to that of large HP motors with bad plumbing. Also, a larger HP motor will result in higher electricity costs! We hope this helps you to understand how easy it is to use and look after a Spa, and enjoy the many benefits there are in owning your own Spa!!
